Q: How to change or cancel my order?

A: If customers need to customize their own brands, we can accept the change of product style and color before the completion of brand customization. If customers do not need to customize their own brand, we can accept the change of product style and color before delivery. We cannot accept cancellation of an order once it is confirmed. If you have any questions, please contact our sales staff.


Q: How do I confirm the specific freight?
A:The website freight charge is in advance, we will calculate according to the final confirmed freight.

After we receive your order, we will calculate the specific weight and volume. Then we'll ask different carriers for freight and delivery time. We will send specific information to you for confirmation.

If the final freight is higher than the prepaid cost, the customer needs to make up the freight to us, we will arrange shipment after receiving the freight.

If the final freight is lower than the prepaid cost, we will refund the excess freight or customers can choose more products to deduct.


Q: How do I know my order status?
A: Once shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can check the logistics by yourself or contact us to provide you with the latest logistics status.


Q: What if the logistics shows "Delivered" but I did not receive the package?
A: First, you can ask your colleague if he or she has signed for the package. If not, please send us an email with your order number and package tracking number and we will solve the problem for you.

 

Q: Do you offer dropshipping service?
A: We do offer dropshipping service. No MOQ required. For any detailed questions, please contact us by info@yiktat.cn

A: Yes, the prices listed are wholesale prices.

 

Q: Do you offer glasses accessories?
A:Yes, we provide accessories such as glasses case and cleaning cloth, you can choose the style you like, and we accept customization of your brand.

 

Q: Do you do special/custom orders?
A:Yes, as long as your order meets the MOQ of OEM, we can process special/custom orders.


Q:Is the payment environment safe?
A: Yes, it is secure. You only need to enter your information on the secure webpage. We use the renowned payment gateway service in US and your private information will never be leaked or revealed.


Q: Can I get an invoice?
A: If you need to get an E-document invoice, please contact us by info@yiktat.cn and we can send you one.


Q: Why can't I pay via credit card?
A: When using PayPal guest to pay via credit/debit card, you can refer to below if the payment doesn't go through successfully.
1. If the payment page shows like this when you try to pay via credit/debit card, it means that your country is limited by PayPal and you must create a PayPal account to complete the payment.

2. If you see this error, hope you can change a card or contact the card issuing bank.

3. If it reloads the same page when you click to pay, please change a device (another computer or phone) to have a try.
