How to return

We only accept returns for issues covered by our warranty policy.

Customers will enjoy a 30-day warranty (30 days upon receipt of product), covering any possible defect in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, negligence, or improper care.

Customers must send pictures of the defective product to Customer Service or salesman. Once confirmed, we will replace the product for you or refund you directly.

 

How can I receive my refund?

*If you used PayPal account to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your PayPal account within 3 business days.

*If you used credit card/debit card to pay for the order, the refund will be back to your credit card/ debit card about 30 days. 30-day is the maximum time, and in most cases,  the refund will be reflected on your account in about one week, depending on the processing time of your bank. 

Please feel free to contact us if you don't receive the refund within the days listed above. 

 

How to change shipping address

If you accidentally put the wrong shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible(info@yiktat.cn) or your saleperson, we will try to help you make it right. Please include your correct address so that we can update it as quickly as possible. Once the package has been shipped, we cannot change the address for you, but you can still contact us for help

 

Do I have to pay for the shipping when return or exchange?

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will bear the freight after re-delivery.
